MySQL Allow Remote Connection in Ubuntu

Open your mysql.conf.d/mysql.conf via some editor.

Change your bind address(127.0.0.1) to 0.0.0.0

Save and exit.

restart your mysql: systemctl restart mysql.service

now you can create remote access granted user on mysql:

CREATE USER ‘user’@’%’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘password’;

If you want to access just single ip you can use this parameters:

CREATE USER ‘username’@’192.168.1.100’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘password’;
